Good Morning Everyone, OmSwastyastu, Namaste !!!<\/strong><\/p>\n Om<\/em><\/strong> anu badrah kratawyantu wiswatah !!!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \n I would like to introduce you to our special Guest, the honorable Guruji S A Bhandarkar, thank you very much, its very kind of you, for coming all the way and such very along way (from India to Jakarta), It means a lot to us, especially to ours student. Namaste.<\/p>\n Well come everybody; well come to our \u201csmall and clean campus\u201d STAH DN Jakarta. But I used to call this campus like that, small and clean..why \u2026.? Someday I hope, all of you will khow (what do I mean with that\u2019s name) and finally you\u2019ll see the Truth !!! That a Dream Campus of STAH DN Jakarta <\/strong>will be come true,\u2026\u2026Just AMAZING GRACE !!! But of couse hold the dreams on, don\u2019t let anyone break or tear them away, there will be tomorrow, in time we\u2019ll find the right way. Because T\u2019was Grace of Brahman will lead and shield us as long as life endures, to figure up our problems. Satyam evam Jayate nanritam.<\/em><\/p>\n Now, I would like to share a few ideas with you today, about how should you prepared yourself, to get success in \u201cLife-Long Learning\u201d <\/strong>Education Process.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n First of all, please be a Good and Active Listener. <\/strong>Don\u2019t confuse Hearing with Listening, because you may try to hear everything that someone is saying but you\u2019re still miss its meaning and the value of messages. That is very danger thing, when you just hearing without understanding. Now I would like to remind you : Listening, Learning, Live and <\/span>Love.<\/strong><\/p>\n But above all this I wish all of you, understand that to be a goog Leader should be a good Listener and be open minded. An open minded person is able to listen to the others. An open minded person is more likely to succeed they are more flexible and better equipped to get new khowledge for new problems. And they don\u2019t spend a lot of energy to get people to like them. They value otherness, because we can never khow it all, there will always be someone who knows better than us in some area.
